GATEON warrants that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
- The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
- For access control machine series products, the warranty period ranges from 24 months to 72 months.
- No warranty for gift products.

Warranty Statement
Any defects in material or workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide valid proof of purchase, including but not limited to:
- A purchase order number made through GATEON official stores.
- A sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the product description, price, and sales channel.
Note:
- The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase.
- The warranty will be invalid if the product is taken or shipped to another country.
Exclusions of Warranty
The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or damage caused by accidents or force majeure (e.g., lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.).
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or operation not following official instructions.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
- Use for special applications outside normal consumer use.
- Lost, stolen, or fully refunded products.
- Defects or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids, or other external factors.
- Invalid proof of purchase.
- Expired warranty period.
- Battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual product.
- Unauthorized alterations to the warranty certificate.
- Normal wear and tear from product usage over time.
Return and Refund
